The garden for this single storey individually designed home was a collaboration of ideas with the Architect and client. Cultivart designed the swimming pool to minimise the amount of fencing required and to create a children’s play area outside the enclosure. The house sits on a corner site and the front entry is very close to the boundary. The long rectangular water rill emerging from the polished granite wall continues beyond the wall on the other side to form a view from the dining room. The garden was landscaped using many water wise Australian plants and retained a significant tree on the site.
